Corialent

12 years ago, Rodrigo decided that the Coca Colas of the world shouldn’t be the only ones who get to have all the fun in the advertising industry. He was sick of all the dull, corporate, navy blue and white B2B work out there. Business people are people too. Corialent specializes in B2B marketing that doesn’t suck. And they want to get the rest of the industry drinking that delicious KoolAid.

Call for abstracts & Posters

You are invited to participate as a presenter at the 2018 Great Lakes Beach Association and Great Lakes Water Safety Consortium Joint Conference on October 24-25, 2018, at the DoubleTree Hilton in Independence (near Cleveland), Ohio.  This joint conference will draw more than 200 resource managers, scientists, coastal planners, local officials, government agencies, students, and interest groups from around the Great Lakes.  We expect up to 16 sessions showcasing a variety of Great Lakes beach protection and water safety issues. There will be keynote addresses, plenary sessions, field trips, evening networking, and poster receptions.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Interested presenters are invited to submit one or more abstracts for oral presentation, as well as presentation posters from professionals and students.

Abstract submission deadline extended: July 15, 2018

Abstract Title: Limited to 12 words
Abstract Length:  Limited to 300 words
Presenting Author Biography:  Limited to 150 words

Most sessions will last 1 1/2 hours (90 minutes) and consist of four 20-minute talks (15 minutes oral presentation + 5 minutes Question & Answer) and a 10-minute take-away discussion led by the Session Chair.

Conference sessions will include the following Tracks and Topics. Please review the themes above to consider what category your abstract would best fit. Projects or research demonstrating diverse partnerships will be especially competitive.

Presentations are expected to be 15 minutes; however, longer presentations may be accepted if not all time slots in a session are filled. LCD projectors/laptops will be provided for oral presentations. All presentations must be in PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx) to ensure consistency between sessions. Presenters will be instructed on how to submit their presentation files, embedded video and audio clips at least one week before the conference. This will allow session chairs to review, load, and test the files prior to sessions to help ensure that your presentation runs properly.

Please submit presentation abstracts via this online form

Please submit professional poster abstracts via this online form

Please submit student poster abstracts via this online form

Authors of accepted abstracts will be notified by July 27, 2018.  Presenters will receive a discounted registration fee.
